We've created a detailed set of exercises that you can do anytime and completely on your own in the comfort of your own home. In the app, you will find 14 exercise sets (one set contains 10 exercises) that rotate every other day. So you don't have to worry about anything, the app plans everything for you. The app is designed primarily for mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems (phone, tablet). Therefore, we do not recommend downloading the app to your computer.
This is not a strength workout, but a comprehensive, functional workout designed to relax, stretch and activate the entire body in physiological movement patterns. You can combine it with your favorite workout or other training plan. The app also includes videos demonstrating proper abdominal muscle activation and breathing.
