Have your shoes just arrived, but a smaller or larger size would fit you better? Or have you decided on a different model? Simply withdraw from the purchase contract. It’s very easy.

 

RETURN IN STORE

  • Fill out the online form above
  • Bring the goods to the store you selected in the online form
  • We will refund the money to the account provided within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase contract

RETURN BY COURIER

  • Fill out the online form above
  • Pack the goods securely
  • Hand the parcel over to the selected carrier or send it to the address below
  • We will refund the money to the account provided within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase contract
  • If you chose our shipping option in the online form, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost stated there.

Conditions for returns

  • undamaged and unworn shoes
  • original and undamaged box or packaging
  • pack the box in another wrapper to prevent damage
  • within 14 days of concluding the purchase contract – from receiving the parcel
