Return goods

The shoes have just arrived, but would a smaller or larger size fit you better? Or have you decided on a different model? Just withdraw from the purchase contract. It's very easy.

How to return the goods if you are based outside of the Czech Republic

✅ Fill in the form included in your package or print one.

✅ Choose a suitable carrier and send the package back to naBOSo.

✅ The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

 

Rules for returning goods:

  • Unused shoes,
  • Original product packing,
  • Original sales receipt,
  • Hardcopy of the form, added in the box,
  • Within 14 days of delivery,
  • Pack the goods safely
  • The return shipping from outside of the Czech Republic to be paid by the customer.
