How to make a claim if you are based outside of the Czech Republic

Fill in the form included in your package or print one. Don't forget to describe the defect and include your bank account number or IBAN so we can refund the money.

How does the claim process work?

If the claim is accepted after assessment, we proceed as follows:

1. If the defect is repairable, we will have it professionally repaired as soon as possible.

2. If the shoes can no longer be repaired, we will replace them with a new pair.

3. If we no longer have the shoes, or if we cannot settle the claim within the 30-day time limit, we will refund your money to your account.


It is not possible to claim:

  • normal wear and tear of the footwear
  • mechanical damage
  • shoes that do not fit or are uncomfortable to wear
  • defects caused by lack of maintenance and improper use
  • defects caused by do-it-yourself repairs
