Return policy

The shoes have just arrived, but would a smaller or larger size fit you better? Or have you decided on a different model? Just withdraw from the purchase contract. It's very easy.

 

RETURN IN STORE

✅ Fill in the printed Returns Form

If you have purchased in the e-shop, you will find it in the package.

If you purchased in store, download and print it HERE

✅ Bring the item and the form to one of the naBOSo stores

✅ We will refund your money within 14 days

 

RETURN VIA MAIL ORDER

✅ Fill in the printed Returns Form

If you have purchased on the e-shop, you could find it in the e-mail, or you can download and print it HERE

✅ Pack the goods and the form securely

TIP: Wrap the original box with wrapping paper or place it in an envelope if possible.

IMPORTANT: Always include your full IBAN/SWIFT number so we can transfer the money abroad.

 

Return policy:

  • undamaged and unworn shoes
  • original and undamaged box or packaging
  • proof of purchase or order number
  • a printed and completed Returns Form 
  • within 14 days of the conclusion of the purchase contract
  • when sending the box, please wrap it or put in another box so it is not damaged during transport

 

Exchange of the shoes is not possible due to capacity reasons.

 

If you decide on a different model or size, just create a new order and the new pair will be with you soon.
