Example of using the loyalty account

  • I buy shoes for 3,500 CZK. I use my loyalty account, so 175 credits are added to it.

  • On the next purchase, I buy shoes for the whole family for 8,500 CZK. I want to redeem my credits, so I pay only 8,325 CZK. 416 credits are added to my account for future use.

  • If I do not redeem credits, they accumulate and I can use them for future purchases.

When purchasing via the e-shop, credits are automatically applied. Your account is linked to the loyalty account.

How to use loyalty points

In stores

When paying at the store, the seller will ask if you want to use your credits. If you agree, the price will be reduced by the credit amount. If the seller forgets to ask, be sure to remind them.

Online

Log in to your account at naboso.cz and create an order on the e-shop. At the last step of the cart, you can use your credits. Choose a payment method and pay.

If you already have shoes in the cart, you can log in at this step without changing the cart contents.

Rules for using the loyalty program

The loyalty account of naBOSo s.r.o. allows customers to gain benefits of the naBOSo Loyalty Program as described on this page.

The loyalty program is non-transferable and can only be used by its owner. Only the owner can redeem credits.

  • To earn credits for an order, you must log in before completing the order (on the e-shop) or provide your registration email (in store) – orders cannot be entered retroactively into the system.
  • If you return any goods from the order, the corresponding number of credits will be deducted from your account.
  • The loyalty discount cannot be applied to goods that already have another discount unless otherwise stated. The system manages this automatically, so you don’t have to worry.
  • naBOSo s.r.o. reserves the right to change the discounts it provides.
  • The loyalty account is valid only for its owner.
  • 1 credit = 1 CZK
  • Credits are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Loyalty points are credited 15 calendar days after the receipt/invoice is issued.
  • The loyalty program is valid only for consumers, not for entrepreneurs with a business ID (IČO) in the order.
