Thanks to the thin sole, you feel the surface beneath you with every step, and the flat base supports healthy posture and balance. The result is walking that grounds you – literally. The package includes two insoles – a thicker one (5 mm) for starters and a thinner one (3 mm) for gradually approaching the full barefoot experience.

How to care for the shoes

always remove rough dirt first with a brush
wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and let them dry
do not wash the shoes and do not dry them directly near heat sources
to increase durability, regularly treat the shoes with an impregnating spray
with proper care, your barefoot shoes will last a long time
