The package includes two insoles – a thicker one (5 mm) for starters and a thinner one (3 mm) for gradually approaching the full barefoot experience.

How to care for the shoes
- always remove rough dirt first with a brush
- wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and let them dry
- do not wash the shoes and do not dry them directly near heat sources
- to increase durability, regularly treat the shoes with an impregnating spray
- you can easily clean suede with a special rubber cleaner
- with proper care, your barefoot shoes will last a long time
