The circumference of the strap can be adjusted when fastened, as well as the ankle strap can be adjusted to your foot thanks to the hidden Velcro. How to take care of your shoes

• wipe shoes with a damp cloth and dry well
• do not dry shoes close to a heat source
• the shoes can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle programme up to 30 °C
• ATTENTION – before washing, fasten the Velcro and remove the belt!
• use a mild detergent, without fabric softener
• do not wring or put in the dryer
• if fibres are sticking to the Velcro, cleaning with duct tape or a lint roller will help. Rub the Velcro several times with the sticky side. 
• to increase the durability of you shoes, treat them regularly with impregnation spray
• proper maintenance helps to make barefoot shoes last longer
