- original and undamaged box or packaging
- proof of purchase or order number
- a printed and completed Returns Form
- when sending via parcel post, please wrap the box in different packaging so that it is not damaged
- The return service via the Post Office is charged at 59 CZK, which we will deduct from the return amount
