Come to one of our shops and we will help you to deal with everything.

Bring the claimed goods with the filled in form and original sales receipt to one of our shops and hand it to the eligible staff. 

(If you have filled in the electronic form, just add the note with your name into the box (same as in the form)).

Count with time-consuming process please. It can happen that there will be more costumers at the same time in the shop and the sellers will not be able to serve you immediately.

Claim rules:

• Within 24 months of purchase
• Goods are cleaned, dried and without any smell,
• Add the original sales receipt,
• The original purchaser claims the goods (the owner)
