Bare-XF 210 offers great proprioception, especially due to not having typical midsole but only 3 mm thin rubber compound outsole ensuring superb connectivity with surface. So you don't fall down while jumping, weightlifting, running etc. and you can directly concentrate on your performance at maximum.
The breathable, seamless and wide upper around arch features rubber stiffners on both sides of instep to ensure perfect traction on rope climbs. Final lightness, design and functionality of this shoe is absolutely exceptional in its category.
