13.00 Strengthening your feet lesson - Get lots of fixing, strengthening or relaxing exercises to simply fix especially flatfoot, improve balance, step, bounce and so much neglected proprioception.
15.00 Healthy walking lesson
All lessons are suitable for everyone older than 10 years, maximum capacity 10 attendees per lesson. You can attend our family lessons Kids naBOSo with kids younger than 10. Lessons can also be bought as a gift for your close ones in the form of voucher or book them individually.
